For our employer partners, we work quickly and efficiently to fill your job orders in a timely fashion. In most cases, we provide resumes within 48 hours from the time we receive a requirement.
To ensure that we are able to provide you with the best available talent, we ask that you provide detailed job descriptions. We also ask that you provide background on the type of person desire for your team. If you are a casual, laid back, work environment we do not want to place a more formal “suit-and-tie” person. We want to make sure that the person that we send you will work out in your organization in all aspects. Please also include specific details of the benefits that you offer. Benefits can be the difference between a great candidate joining you or continuing their search.
From the time we receive your job opening through placement and beyond, we will be there with you. We will use processes that are proven effective and allow for the fastest closure to your orders.
- First we confirm the order with you by phone. We clarify the job description, salary and benefits. Understanding your needs and what an employee can expect in the way of compensation and benefits is the first step in ensuring the best available candidate.
- Once we understand the requirements and benefits will enter the job order into our database and candidate matching system. These are candidates that have been prescreened and survived our vetting process. If a match is made, we send these resumes on to you immediately for your review. If we don’t have a person with the qualifications, we use multiple recruiting sources to find candidates. We then phone screen possible candidates.
- Once a candidate makes it though our phone screen, we contact their references and verify their educational history, work history, and complete a criminal background check. Other background checks can be performed upon request.
- After these checks are completed, we will forward their resumes to you. You simply give us interview times and we will set these up with our candidates. We will work within your time constraints.
- Once you interview and intend to hire one of our candidates, we will work with you to prepare their offer letter and assist them with the transition from their current employer to your company. Once they are onboard we will check in with you occasionally to ensure that we have met your expectations.

- First our recruiters will question you concerning your work history: what you enjoyed in your jobs and what you disliked. They will also ask questions about what kind of company that you want to work for: the type of environment, the hours, location, commute flexibilities, etc.. The more detailed you are in your answers, the easier it will be to find the right environment for you. Finding a new job isn’t always about the actual job; it is as much about the company’s work environment.
- Second, you will need to provide 3 professional references . We need to check with them right away so we can get you into an interview as soon as possible. All we ask is that you let your references know that we will be calling within 24 hours so they can be prepared.
- After we get through your reference check, we will be contacting your educational institution so that we can verify your educational history.
- We require all of our candidates submit to a criminal background check. If you have a security clearance, we will check this as well. Most of our jobs require a security clearance, so we will.
- After your references, background, and clearance are checked, we will submit your resume to our client partners. If they are interested in interviewing you, we will set this up for the first- available opportunity and provide you with information about the company and job. The more you know going in to your interview, the more likely that you will have an enjoyable experience with your potential new employer.
- After your interview, we will survey your interviewer. If they want to extend a job offer to you, we will work on your behalf to get you the best compensation and benefit package.
- Once you decide to take the position, we will help with the transition. We also follow up with you to confirm that you are happy with your new job.
